Bakery

At Otto, we are proud supporters of the Real Bread Campaign, meaning we bake using traditional methods and quality ingredients. 

All our sourdough is made at our micro-bakery using only 3 local ingredients: Marriages flour from Chelmsford, Maldon Sea Salt, and filtered water. We also bake our signature sourdough cinnamon buns, handmade focaccia and more.

Our Process & Ethos

Otto began with a love for the simple ritual of fresh, daily bread. After training with Real Bread Campaign ambassador Giovanni Di Sarno, our team embraced traditional techniques to bake sourdough and focaccia in-house. Today, Otto is a welcoming space where great coffee, handcrafted pizza, and artisan bread bring people together.
