In the heart of Kelvedon, Otto is a neighbourhood Italian restaurant, pizzeria and café - a place for morning coffee, relaxed lunches and long evenings around the table.
Our story
FROM ITALY, WITH HEART
After eight years living in Italy, our founder Jamie returned home inspired by its food, its hospitality and the way both bring people together. Otto began as a café serving speciality coffee, freshly made paninis and cakes.
Today, that spirit carries through the whole day. Join us for breakfast and house-baked focaccia, or settle in for seasonal sharing plates, sourdough pizza and cocktails in the evening.

HOMEMADE, THE OTTO WAY
In the kitchen, Head Chef Marco and his team bring a fresh, seasonal approach to traditional Italian cooking, shaped by Marco’s experience at Giorgio Locatelli’s Michelin-starred London restaurant.
Everything begins in our kitchen, from naturally fermented sourdough and freshly baked focaccia to Italian plates designed for the centre of the table. It’s thoughtfully prepared, full of flavour and always made for sharing.
